Product Description
NAEC pipe welder is designed for steel pipe and pipe, steel pipe and fittings welding. There are two type pipe welders:
- one is column and boom type pipe welder (also named cantilevered type pipe welding machine), which consist of column and boom type main machine, pipe driving mechanism, pipe supporter and machine guide rail. It is usually used for short pipe and fittings welding.
- the other is pressure head type pipe welder, which consist of pressure head type pipe welding main machine, pipe supporters and machine guide rail. It is usually used for long pipe and fittings welding.
Our automatic pipe welder is integrated with USA Miller power source, it can realize automatic RMD or GTAW for root pass; GMAW, GMAW-P, FCAW, SAW or GTAW for fill and cap pass. We have programmed 40sets of WPS in the touch screen, to suitable for different pipes specifications. It is easy and convenient for training and operation.
