High Frequency Finned Tube ApplicationsHigh frequency welding fin tube is widely used in petrochemical, machinery, metallurgy, rubber, printing and dying, medicine, food, power plants, passenger cars, drying and other industrial heating and cooling, is the convection section of cracking furnace, transform furnace, heat exchanger, air pre heater and economizer, crystallizer, radiator, and the optimal heat transfer of heat pipe technology components. The advantages of high frequency welded fin tube, especially the steel fin radiator is widely used in office buildings, residential buildings, hotels, workshops and other industrial and civilian construction industry, with good heating effect, is the traditional cast iron, plate radiator replacement products.
1.1 The machine tool achieves full automatic working state, with automatic clamping, automatic loading, feeding and unloading functions.

2.1 The machine tool is welded in the form of steel structure. The machine bed is welded with 12mm steel plate and channel steel,which is stable as a whole. The guide rail is formed after forging, milling and grinding with 40Gr. The rolling friction between the head and the guide rail is realized.2.2 The tractor head motor adopts 7.5 kW cycloidal reducer and variable frequency motor. Its output power reaches 30 kW motor power. The spirals pitch adopts 3.0 kW variable frequency motor through double reducer to realize pitch and fast return function.
The bidirectional point-motion function realizes PLC program control of dual variable frequency motor. The tubes supporting stand, finned tubes supporting stand and unloading device are all controlled by photoelectric switch to realize functions of full automatic length setting/Intermediate stop welding/random adjustment of pitch.
2.3 Adopt advanced pneumatic loading clamper, clamping disc adopts domestic advanced pneumatic disc.
2.4 Equipped with automatic fins strips feeding mechanism, the loading rack, feeder and unloading device are controlled by PLC program. The finned tube supporting rack and unloading rack adopt automatic overturning structure.
2.5 The structure of the winding welding part adopts the international advanced design technology. The main body is made of steel,which is machined. Its advantages are firm and stable. Transformer's moving to left, right, up and down are electric adjusted.Tube supporting adopts electric adjustments, advanced technology, simple and stable operation. The electrode plate and conductor are nearest to the workpiece to ensure the minimum current loss and the maximum power. The electrode adopts the form of multiple forged red copper conduction to ensure its reliable contact, low cost and convenient replacement. 2.6 Transformers, upper and lower contacts, supporting racks, tape holders and tape pulleys are all pneumatic devices with pressure regulating valves which can be used to regulate the pressure of cylinders at any time.
